I purchased two of this because it was cheaper than the original hoover filter.
Now I know why. Because they are not as good as the hoover ones.
After I vacuumed, I compared two filters- this one VS hoover original filter and I can see the difference.
Hoover original filter was full of little tiny dust-that meant the filter caught almost everything - so I had to spend a good time to clean it but this filter had dust but came out pretty clean.
And I don't think it is durable either. After several washes, it was already breaking apart a little bit.
Well....it is not terrible but can't beat the original hoover filter.

We bought this to replace the Hepa Filter that came with our Hoover Windtunnel. We were having problems with the suction. As soon as we replaced the filter, however, the suction improved and the vacuum was working as well as it did when we first bought it. So far this filter seems to work great and was definitely less expensive than the name brand alternative.
