The swivel wears out with use, causing the head and neck to separate, but the tool works well for surfaces from wood floor, to rough concrete, to low carpeting - strong suction, decent coverage, gentle yet durable face and brushes. The angled swivel allows a comfortable stance when vacuuming floors, and turns to let the tool ride flat when going low under furniture. The pricing here is a joke - buy the exact same product from the manufacturer (Kenmore) for half the price.
Vacuum brush was good quality ; fit fine. I would like to have had a better price but cconsidering my vacuum is discontinued I am glad to have found a replacement at all. Will definately re-order from these folks.
